THECATAL Warranty CoverageAll THECATAL tents come with a 2-year comprehensive warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials, construction, and design. We will repair or replace units (based on feasibility) free of charge for verified issues arising from these categories.

For necessary repairs, customers may choose to cover the round-trip shipping costs themselves. In this case, we will provide a free inspection and a paid repair service.

2️⃣ Flexible Solution - Based on assessment, we'll provide repair/replacement/credit options. The customer service team will communicate with you to confirm the detailed plan.
3️⃣ Fast Response - Diagnostics and solution proposals are typically completed within 5 business days.

Normal wear (stains, creases), pet hair, grass, and debris, dirt, damage from improper use/misassembly, or impacts from extreme conditions (hurricanes, wildlife) are not covered. Minor tears can often be remedied with our included repair kit.

Discounted/discontinued items will receive store credit equivalent to 80% of their original price for replacement purchases.
